(Protein, Minerals and fiber rich Mixed vegetable Juice)
Here is a recipe for a TFL Signature mixed vegetable juice made with naturally grown vegetables from “The Farm Life” farms :
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 medium carrot, peeled
1 medium beet, peeled
1 medium apple, cored
1 medium cucumber, peeled
1 small handful of parsley
1 small handful of mint
1 lemon, peeled
1-2 cups of water (depending on desired consistency)
Instructions:
Wash all the vegetables and fruit thoroughly.
Chop the spinach, kale, carrot, beet, apple, cucumber, parsley, and mint into small pieces.
Place the chopped vegetables and fruit in a blender or juicer (Preferably cold press slow juicer)
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the blender or juicer.
Add 1-2 cups of water to the blender or juicer, depending on the desired consistency of the juice.
Blend or juice the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mixed vegetables juice into a glass and serve immediately.
